Our Organization Structure

Our organization is a matrix structure with the value driven by 6 operational business units. Each of these units is headed by a Director and they directly report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Finance

Our Finance unit is composed of the Accounting and Internal Audit divisions and is in charge of monitoring and managing Al Geemi’s Finances. Due to their diligence, all of Al Geemi’s operations and working capital are self financed and we operate with zero long term debt. In addition, we have solid relationships with the banks that we deal with.

Contracts

Our Contracts unit is responsible for creating, monitoring and following up all contracts with our subcontractors, suppliers and clients. In addition, it is responsible for all legal matters involving the company.

Commercial

Our Commercial unit is responsible for all variations, payments and claims.  

Projects

Our Projects unit is responsible for all of Al Geemi’s projects, which include Electromechanical, Buildings, and Infrastructure & Roads Projects.  It ensures that they are running smoothly, and that there is open communication and transparency between the site locations and the main office. The Projects Unit is also  in charge of delivering the optimum value of quality, time and price of our projects to our clients from the tendering stage to the handing over stage.

Estimation

Our Estimation unit is responsible for delivering the optimum value of quality, time and price of our projects to our clients from the tendering stage to the handing over stage.

Shared Services

Our Shared Services unit provides support for all of our Business Units and is composed of five divisions: Human Resources & Administration, PMV, Information Technology (IT), Quality & HSE, and Facilities & Services.
