Al Geemi has been pre-qualified in the ADDC approved contractor list for pipeline connections and tie-ins work up to DN1000. The upgraded registration has enabled the company to execute DN1000 piping works independently.
Al Geemi has been officially approved to conduct the piping work in full without assigning a subcontractor. The approval has been granted following the upgrade of its registration within the approved contractor list.
It has been confirmed by Obaid Al Mehairi, Water Projects Engineer at Abu Dhabi Transmission and Despatch Company (TRANSCO), that no objection has been raised regarding the execution of piping works by M/s Al Geemi without the involvement of a subcontractor. The approval has been granted after the contractor list registration was extended to cover DN1000 piping.
