At Al Geemi Contracting, we manage a large fleet of advanced machinery, such as transit mixers, concrete pumps, cranes, bulldozers, and trucks. To ensure all equipment stays in optimal condition, we have invested in a state-of-the-art, in-house workshop located in Mussafah Industrial Area. This facility plays a vital role in minimizing downtime, allowing us to complete projects on schedule and without delays.
The Plant, Machinery, and Vehicle (PMV) Workshop spans 13,900 m² and is divided into two main divisions: Workshop and Logistics. By organizing the space in this way, we effectively address various repair and maintenance needs while ensuring smooth operations throughout our projects.
Workshop Division
Within the workshop, 14 specialized sections handle different aspects of machinery repair. These include heavy equipment maintenance, light vehicle repairs, and services for asphalt plants and tower cranes. Additionally, preventive maintenance, auto and power electrical services, welding, fabrication, and body shop repairs are available. As a result, we can manage all aspects of machinery upkeep in-house, including tyre repairs, diesel distribution, and painting.
Logistics Division
The logistics division complements the workshop by managing the transportation and documentation of machinery. It consists of three crucial sections:
- Transportation – Our team ensures the safe and timely transport of machinery to and from job sites.
- Registration Renewal – We handle all vehicle and equipment registration renewals, ensuring compliance.
- Site Operations – Machinery is efficiently deployed and set up at project sites to keep things moving smoothly.

Our PMV workshop offers a full range of services to maintain machinery and vehicles:
- Engine Overhauls – We conduct expert engine overhauls for brands such as Komatsu, CAT, and Volvo.
- Hydraulic Systems Repair – Our team repairs hydraulic pumps, cylinders, control valves, and rock breakers.
- Transmission & Gearbox Services – We provide both automatic and manual transmission repairs, as well as final drive gear overhauls.
- Steel Fabrication – We fabricate custom water tanks and concrete steel shutters tailored to project needs.
- Body Shop Services – Our body shop offers denting, painting, and full restoration for vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Plant & Crane Erection – We specialize in the erection and dismantling of asphalt plants and tower cranes.
