It was a great opportunity for some of our Al Geemi staff to participate in the 9th Annual HR Tech MENA Summit held on 1st and 2nd March, 2023 at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.
Al Geemi was represented by Mr. Qayssar Al-Hussein - HR Director and Executive Committee Member, Mr. Wesam Alghazali - MEP Director and Executive Committee Member, Ms. Madhavi Bhange - Senior HR Officer and Mr. Naveen Menezes - I.T. Manager.
HR TECH MENA SUMMIT - Brings together state-of-the-art HR technology, and HR experts from around the world and gives an opportunity to learn from some of the most knowledgeable experts in the industry.
As we all know, the HR landscape is rapidly evolving, and technology is playing an increasingly important role in shaping the future of work. This event gives a wonderful opportunity for HR professionals, tech experts, and industry leaders to come together to learn, share ideas, and network.
It was a wonderful conference, over 500 HR professionals and IT decision-makers from across the Middle East region and key technology providers from around the world attended the 9th Annual HR Tech MENA Summit 2023.
It had a great mix of speakers both international as well as people who representing the country in this particular region.

The event had a good mix of topics as well, right from digital to touch, and any of these topics were well mixed and well-researched very apt and relevant to the stakeholders and representing the global HR challenges as well as to know what the trends are in the field of HR technology.
Some of the leading Well Being & Insurance Providers and all-in-one HR Platform solutions for the world’s leading technology innovators attended the event. Top organisations like, MetLife, Darwinbox, Coursera, Foundit, qualtrics, Cornerstone OnDemand, UKG, ALTRON, ENSAAN TECHNOLOGIES, ingentis, t.wiser, Leena AI etc,. were there to showcase their technology / sevices.
There was a raffle draw at the end of the session. Our Al Geemi staff Mr. Naveen Menezes - I.T. Manager is one of the prize winners in that event.
