New Workshop of Al Geemi

Al Geemi owns a large fleet of machinery that includes –Transit mixers, Concrete pumps, Tower cranes, Mobile cranes, Bulldozers, Wheel loaders, Motor-graders, Excavators, Asphalt finishers, Asphalt rollers, Earthwork rollers, Generators, Trucks, Air compressors etc.

Our in-house machinery plays a big role in the timely execution of the projects which distinguishes us from our competition. We understand that keeping the machinery functional all the time is equally important to serve our project needs and this we do through our in-house professionals. Recently we have built a fully sophisticated workshop at Mussafah Industrial Area and it is dedicated to repairing the company-owned machinery.

Plant – Machinery - Vehicle (PMV) Workshop Details:

PMV Area:

The PMV workshop is spread over 13,900 m2 (152m x 91m) square feet and contains three fully covered blocks.

Divisions:

PMV workshop is having two divisions and they are:

Workshop division.
Logistics division.

1. Workshop Divisions:

In this workshop division, we have 14 different sections to do all kinds of repairs. i.e., heavy machines, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, asphalt plants and tower cranes, small machines, preventive maintenance, auto electrician, power electrician, A/C repairing, welding and fabrication, body shop repairing, painting, washing service, tyre repair and diesel distributions.

2. Logistic Divisions:

The logistics division has 03 sections and they are:

Transportation.
Registration renewal.
Sites operation.

Repairing Services:

All kinds of engine overhauls of Komatsu Dozers, Komatsu Excavators, CAT Motor Graders, Volvo Wheel Loaders, Vogele Asphalt Pavers, Hamm Tandem Rollers, Hamm Tier Rollers, Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loader, Volvo Heavy Trucks, Man Heavy Trucks, Scania Trucks, Grove Mobile Cranes, Ashok Leyland Heavy Buses, Toyota Medius Buses, Mitsubishi 5 Ton Pickups, Toyota Prado, Toyota Land Cruiser, and Toyota Camry.

All hydraulic systems repairing - Variable Displacement Pumps, Gear Pumps, Hydraulic Control Valves, Telescopic Cylinders, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Rock, Breakers, Hiab Cranes.
